What Should I Expect In Each Session?
First, I’d like to take a moment to say how proud I am of you. Yes, I may not know you (yet!) but the simple fact that you are here is an amazing accomplishment. Saying yes to your health and wellbeing is something to celebrate!
Like anything that’s new and unknown, it can be scary! So let me walk you through what a session could look like. After your free consultation, I will have a good understanding of some of your health goals. We will schedule the initial 45 minute intake session where we will review your health goals and really get going! After that, each session is divided into the 3 Pillars of Rest, Digest, and Invest. For the first 4 weeks, we will look at Rest, the next 4 weeks we will look at Digest, and the final 4 weeks we will look at Invest and start integrating all you have learned during our time together.
This is about YOU and your health goals. The goal in each session is to have it be relevant and impactful for you. Perhaps the biggest part of the process is restoring empowerment and confidence that you can make lasting changes. I’m just your biggest cheerleader!
